I am thrilled. The F.H. Furr team — Sam, Fred, Lyndon, and Cody — did a fabulous job. Sam explained in easy-to-understand terms what was going on with my HVAC system and why my downstairs was 20 degrees colder than upstairs. Lyndon and Cody worked tirelessly to relocate the thermostat and increase the size of some ducts. They were professional, pleasant, and focused on getting the job done well. Kudos!

Richard Asiedu, my service technician, was absolutely one of the best! His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and explanations all exceeded my expectations. He is no doubt a major asset to the F.H. Furr organization, and because of him, his knowledge, and thorough attention to the most minor detail, is the reason why I renewed my annual service contract.
