“I was extremely pleased with the technician who came to take a look at the leaks that we were experiencing in our home. He was professional, and courteous and he laughed at my jokes! We had no idea where the leak was coming from. I called F.H. Furr because we’d used their services before for an A/C replacement and a water heater issue (they came out to fix that on Easter Sunday!). Levi came out to our home and was so professional and knowledgeable, he found several leaks stemming from our sump pump. I was very pleased with the workmanship. I also signed up to be a member of their service plans. He presented it in a way that didn’t pressure me. He said that soon it would be a good idea for me to have the A/C tuned up and suggested the maintenance plan to me, but never made me feel like I had to make any decisions right away.
