Thom Travis Miles drained the water heater, which is something I never heard of before, and explained risks of not doing so. He also provided me with information on hard water, hose bib shutoffs, and parts and quotes for replacement for my toilets and faucets. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. We look forward to his visits for future services. Excellent customer service was provided!!

F.H. Furr replaced our entire HVAC system. A big deal for any homeowner. They accommodated a last moment change in the schedule that we asked for. Installation was professional and on time. The system works great, we love the WiFi thermostat. The team that performed the installation worked well together and explained to us what we needed to know about our new A/C and furnace. Overall a great experience.

Our electrician, TJ, was exceptional! He was prompt, professional, and thorough. In fact, our issue turned out to be with the connection to the home (& thus the power company’s to fix). He called the power company, explained the issue, and was even here when the repair was complete. Outstanding service!

Very professional courteous and kind Nick came to the house on the early side of the window time and was easily able to detect and diagnose my issue. He also performed a water heater flush at flash speed! I cannot tell you how satisfied I am and thankful to Nick!

I had a leak in one of my bathrooms. My service rep, Bernard Plummer, was absolutely fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable, on time, and truly a pleasure to work with. Next time I need a plumbing repair I will be requesting him! This was my first experience with F.H. Furr and it was very pleasant- I would recommend them!

Great service! Our tech, AJ was super helpful and very informed on the needs of our HVAC system. He was quite patient with us as he explained the features and maintenance of the products he installed and repaired. We are big fans of FH Furr!
