Thom Travis Miles drained the water heater, which is something I never heard of before, and explained risks of not doing so. He also provided me with information on hard water, hose bibb shutoffs, and parts and quotes for replacement for my toilets and faucets. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. We look forward to his visits for future services. Excellent customer service was provided!!

Anthony Cruz, an F.H. Furr technician, performed our annual winter heating inspection for both our downstairs and upstairs heating and cooling systems. The best technician we have ever had in our house. He found mold on the furnace electrical panel and provided immediate remediation and cleaned the blower fan. Professional and thorough. None better!
