When Mr. Breeden visited our office recently to repair our aging air conditioning unit, he took the time to suggest a number of steps we might take to prolong the life of the unit. I particularly appreciated the fact that he explained how we might schedule various services over the next several months, performing a cost analysis so that we might budget for them.
