Dear Sir:

Yesterday ended a rather long drawn out process of gathering information and choosing a good company to install a soft water system with a chlorine filter. As you may or may not know, we talked to five plumbing companies.

Your company won our business on the basis of your presentation of the equipment. We were very interested in the type and how the equipment worked. And the pricing. We felt that your guarantee was as good or better than anyone else was.

Monday, June 5, 2000, Earl and Mike came into our home to install the new soft water system. They did a great job. Answered all of my questions. Pretended like I was not a bother to them with my questions. And, also got a quote for me for humidifiers and a dust filter. We are still thinking about that.

They completed the job within the time frame. Then, took time to explain the system to me. They also checked the water pressure for my wife. They completely cleaned up. In fact, they left the garage cleaner than they found it.

I would like to take the time to compliment you, Earl and Mike, on a job well done! They clearly understood what customer service is about. F.H. Furr can take pride in these employees. I would recommend your products and pricing to anyone.

Dear Sir:

I had to write you to express my deep appreciation for the job your company did for us last week.

I called on Tuesday to report a toilet overflow. Paul came right out and snaked the line and it was back to working. However, later that evening, it overflowed again. Your dispatcher contacted Larry who came right over and felt that we should bring out the camera to check for a bigger problem. He arranged to have you come out first thing Wednesday morning. You were able to use your camera to locate the break in the sewer line and came up with a fair price to do the work. Just as important as the price was that you could get it all done the next day!

On Thursday morning, Ronni and his crew arrived and dug out the area (much of it by hand with a shovel!) and got the repair done. They worked under my sidewalk to save me from having to replace it and when they were done they cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they were ever there! We were thrilled with the job they did!

You will be hearing from me again whenever I need work done!
