Products Below are just a few of the quality products F.H. Furr recommends and installs. If you don't see a product you are interested in here, give us a call. We would be more than happy to discuss that product with you. Remember: quality products are only as good as the quality of the installation. The best product in the world will not work properly, meet your expectations or last as long as it should without proper installation. When choosing a contractor ask yourself, "Will this company be there to service my equipment 10 years from now?" Unfortunately, eight out of 10 heating, air conditioning or plumbing companies are out of business in three years. We at F.H. Furr are dedicated to being here longer than any product you will buy from usand to installing it properly.
You may need 3, 4 or 5 tons of air conditioning to cool your home to 75 degrees when it is 95 degrees outside with 50 grains of water. But, will you always want it that cold? Will it always be that warm outside? Of course not! So, you won't always need 3, 4 or 5 tons of air conditioning. You may only need half of that. The 19 SEER has two compressorsone for those times when you need 3-5 tons and a smaller one for those times that you don't. This state-of-the-art Trane product will increase your comfort level and lower your utility cost!
Our founder Reuben Trane patented his first air conditioning system in 1931. And to this day, every air conditioner we make features the durability and reliability that are the hallmarks of every Trane product. Today's air conditioners are more comfortable and efficient then ever. Whatever size your home, whenever you need cool, comfortable, cleaner air, we're dedicated to providing the very best investment you can make in ensuring the comfort of you and your family.
All winter long, you depend on your furnace to meet the heating needs of your home and your family. That’s why we build Trane furnaces to perform again and again, year after year. Beyond performance, we also provide you with options for energy-efficient operation. In fact, some of our furnaces operate at over 90% efficiency, which means that 90% of the fuel you pay for is actually converted into heat for your home.
An air handler is an important part of your home’s comfort system. Your central air conditioning system consists of two main parts—an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. The air handler is the indoor unit and its job is to effectively circulate conditioned air throughout your home. When matched with a heat pump, it circulates both cool and hot air, depending on the season. With properly sized Trane air handlers, your family has the right amount of clean, comfortable air all year round. Plus, Trane air handlers make a significant contribution to the overall efficiency of your system. That’s because the more efficient your air handler is, the less work your outdoor unit has to do to make your home comfortable. Take a look at our family of air handlers below to find the product that best fits your needs.
At Trane, we don't just work to make sure your home's air is warm or cool. We work to make sure it’s as clean and comfortable as it can be. With our breakthrough TRANE CleanEffects™ air filtration system, providing your family with the cleanest air in the industry is just a phone call away (contact your independent Trane dealer for installation details). A blessing for asthma and allergy sufferers, it can remove up to 99.98% percent of airborne allergens from your home’s air as it's heated or cooled.

Burnham® boilers, constructed in cast iron, provide 82% efficiency. If your boiler is over 10 years old, you will be lucky if it operates at around 50% efficiency. At that rate of waste, you could pay for a new boiler in three winters (depending on your usage). In addition to your new boiler, we can also zone your house. You don't have to put up with a cold basement and a hot bedroom any more. By installing a zone valve, you will have the luxury of setting one thermostat for upstairs and one for downstairs. |
