Our regular service hours are 8:00am-9:00pm, Monday through Friday and 8:00am-6:00pm on Saturday.

At F.H. Furr, we have a fleet of radio-dispatched trucks that are fully stocked with commonly used parts to meet your needs. We don't leave until your problems are solved!

Tips/Seasonal Information

• A pre-cooling and pre-heating check up will save energy and prolong the life of your equipment.
• Your utility bill will increase by 10% for each degree you turn your thermostat up in the winter and down in the summer.
• Filter changes and cleanliness of coils are one of the most important things you can do to maintain your equipment.
• Always check your thermostat setting and your breakers to both your indoor and outdoor units before booking a service call.
• If you find your unit frozen, either indoors or outdoors, turn the system off as we cannot service it when it is frozen—which will delay the repairs needed and inconvenience you as a customer.
• Only truly qualified service technicians can identify current and potential problems with your equipment. Only CFC certified, professionally trained technicians are qualified to service your equipment. We will do your check up whether it is a service call or a seasonal check.
