"I would like to provide input on one of your service Technicians who provided service for me on Monday, September 27. Johnny followed up on a previous installation of a sewer ejector pump by another technician on Friday, Sept 24, 2010. Due to some leaking, I called to have the pump checked. The valves had not been a problem earlier but were older and probably should have been replaced.

The reason I was impressed with Johnny, was in addition to his very professional manner, I was pleased with the way he used some kind of strapping to hold the piping more securely, as well as the electric cord, which in addition, make the whole area look very well kept.
