We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, should your compressor or heat exchanger fail anytime in the first year…we will replace it with a brand new current model- free of charge.
No Overtime Guarantee
When you choose F.H. Furr to replace your HVAC equipment, you receive our no-overtime service guarantee. This entitles you to service on the equipment installed by F. H. Furr after regular working hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 9:00pm) with no additional emergency service dispatch fee. We believe if we installed the equipment you have a right to have it repaired in a timely manner with the least amount of inconvenience.
If you have your equipment replaced by someone else there is no assurance that if you have a heating or cooling emergency after regular working hours that you will even receive service. Unfortunately, other companies may not even call you back and if they do, you may hear something like: “We have no servicemen to respond until tomorrow or the next day.” You won’t hear that at F. H. Furr. Our technicians will call you back within one hour to discuss your problem and make arrangements for service.
Service Today Guarantee
Many companies say they provide service today, but when you choose F.H. Furr to replace your old equipment, you not only receive the best warranties, but you also receive our Service Today Guarantee. Simply put, “if the equipment installed by F.H. Furr needs service, we guarantee that your needs come first”. This means you will receive Priority Service ahead of all other service calls where equipment was not installed by F.H. Furr. In extreme hot and cold weather, this may mean you will receive service in hours, not days, with the peace of mind of knowing that your service technician is on the way, because you went with F. H. Furr.
We guarantee that when the equipment system we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we stated and agreed upon. We promise a temperature variance of your thermostat of no more than plus or minus 3 degrees from your thermostat selection whether you are heating or cooling your home. If the installation temperatures are not achieved, we guarantee to make any modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you for 1 year. When you sign anyone else’s agreement there is no assurance that it will provide the temperature and performance you hoped for. We guarantee that it will be precisely you want.
